Joe was highly collaborative, responsive, and willing to try alternate takes until I was 100% satisfied. He offered constructive opinions (very diplomatically), and I appreciated his strong creative vision/experience as a director, actor, and editor. He's an excellent technical editor; he improved the quality of some scenes, and his cuts were great (including a fun montage at the end).
